MDLEK Management Company, LLC d/b/a Doctör (“MDLEK,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) owns and operates www.doctoronthewatch.com (the “Site”).
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Site and all features, tools, and non-clinical services offered through it (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you must stop using the Site immediately.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept those changes.
MDLEK Management Company, LLC is not a medical group, does not practice medicine, and does not provide medical, clinical, diagnostic, or telemedicine services.
Any clinical or medical services you may receive (virtual or in person) are provided solely by independent licensed medical professionals or medical groups (“Providers”), not by MDLEK.
MDLEK’s role is strictly administrative and non-clinical, including:
scheduling and booking support
communication tools
payment processing
care navigation and logistical coordination
educational wellness information
Any medical decisions, diagnoses, treatments, prescriptions, or clinical advice are provided exclusively by Providers, not by MDLEK.
Accessing the Site does not create any patient-provider relationship with MDLEK.
By using the Site, you represent that:
You are at least 18 years old.
Any information you provide is accurate and complete.
You will comply with these Terms and all applicable laws.
You will not use the Site for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.
If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
If you choose to engage with an independent Provider:
Your relationship is exclusively between you and the Provider.
Providers exercise independent professional judgment and are solely responsible for any clinical care they offer.
MDLEK does not control, supervise, direct, or interfere with Providers.
MDLEK is not responsible for any advice, care, treatment, or outcomes related to Provider services.
MDLEK’s Services include:
appointment scheduling and communication tools
wellness and general health education
navigation and coordination support
non-clinical customer service
transparent cash-pay pricing display
secure payment facilitation
These Services are not a substitute for medical diagnosis, treatment, or professional clinical care.
Do NOT use the Site for emergencies.
If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number immediately.
By using the Site, you consent to receiving electronic communications from MDLEK, including notices, confirmations, and updates.
You are responsible for reading all communications sent to you.
You agree not to:
misuse, disrupt, or damage the Site
impersonate another person
use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access the Site
upload viruses or malicious code
violate any laws or third-party rights
use the Site for fraudulent or prohibited activities
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.

If you purchase Services or pay for Provider services through the Site:
You authorize us and our third-party processors to process payments on your behalf.
Prices and fees are displayed transparently before you book.
Subscription Services may auto-renew until canceled.
You must keep payment information current.
Fees are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
Providers may charge separately for clinical services not included in MDLEK’s administrative platform.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”
MDLEK MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not guarantee:
uninterrupted access
error-free performance
accuracy or completeness of content
You use the Site at your own risk.
To the fullest extent allowed by law:
MDLEK is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
MDLEK’s total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to MDLEK (if any).
MDLEK is not liable for any clinical services or outcomes provided by independent Providers.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MDLEK, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims arising out of:
your use of the Site
your violation of these Terms
your interactions with Providers or third-party services
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any legal action must be brought in Kent County, Delaware.
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason.
Upon termination, your right to use the Site ceases immediately.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and MDLEK regarding your use of the Site.
